Because it's possible that the only reason that Twitter -- the pinnacle of self-expression for self-obsessed people who live in a world they believe is orchestrated like their own personal music video -- was created in the first place was for Kanye West, who may have the largest ego in popular music at the moment. (Besides, ahem, other people who we may have mentioned on here recently.)

Possibly I'm not really insightful enough, or I just have no concept the best way to promote myself but I genuinely are unable to receive virtually any followers. I've truly tried following people to get a warm and friendly follow back, assists a bit but it just looks like almost everyone who does that wants the very same detail as me, another person to look over their day by day drivel.
