Click here, and RSVP for Scion Garage Fest -- a free festival in Lawrence on October 2 that includes Best Coast, the Raveonettes, Thee Oh Sees, King Khan and the Shrines, Times New Viking, the Oblivions, the Gories, Hunx and His Punks -- oh, hell, just see the whole lineup for yourself. 

This is a Brooklyn-caliber festival, right here in our own little local college town. It's like a gift from the garage gods. Don't miss this.

Update, 2:51PM: Our friends over at Love Garden Sounds also may have found a tentative schedule for the festival on a message board.
