Uni-Guard provides extensive on-site training of each guard in the particular site post orders, duties and responsibilities. We also feel it is important to provide ongoing training to enhance the growth and improvement of the guards. All training is documented and retained in Human Resources files and made available to our Clients.
Documented by members of management who does not conduct the training. The training is done by another employee who does not get out of class pay. The other training is read the post manual and told not to mess up.
