What happened to Lil' Kim's face?

First Dancing with the Stars, and now this? Kim seems to have come out of that conspiracy and perjury conviction with some unusual ideas about how to get back on top. May I suggest instead reassembling Junior M.A.F.I.A.? Just a thought.
