Free Shit

The Drums play at the RecordBar tonight, for free

The Drums are playing at the RecordBar for a (formerly secret) free show tonight. By now, you've probably heard the much-buzzed beachcombers' song, "Let's Go Surfing." 

It's a little bit like Robert Smith, um, standing on a beach and staring at the sea: new wave vocals, ennui, and a refrain you'll remember even when you're drunk and sunburned: Oh mama / I wanna go surfing / Oh mama / I don't care about nothing.
