Electric Six's show at the Riot Room canceled

Dick Valentine and his band of merrymakers are masters of the mildly offensive -- and sadly, they won't be appearing at the Riot Room on Saturday night. Electric Six canceled all dates between October 25th and October 30th due to a "personal emergency." Bummer. (Less than a month ago, the Detroit cult favorites released Zodiac, their seventh studio album of clever, dance floor-worthy nuggets.) The good news? They're in town pretty frequently, so you won't have to wait too long to hear Valentine's goofy falsetto again.
