Monta at Odds.
We told all y'all about a month ago about local instrumental space cadets Monta at Odds' new album Fuoco Infernale, and how it's being released by Upstairs Recordings, a Vancouver label. You remember.
Well, it's officially out today, and as I mentioned before, it's a very solid album of experimental downtempo tracks. Get it here. The band's also dropped a video for one of the new songs. Why don't you watch it?
It's for the song "Styrofoil," and the video was done by Barry Anderson, who is not the same person as our clubs editor, Berry Anderson. It's got lots of water and kaleidoscopic images, which is not far off from what I see in my brain when I listen to Monta.
