According to an interview aired on Sirius XM Radio, Pearl Jam is curating a festival next year, but it's not in the band's hometown, Seattle. Instead, the band's manager said that it will happen "somewhere in the middle of the U.S." You know what's in the middle of the U.S., guys? We are!
It's in celebration of the band's 20th anniversary, according to Guerrilla Candy. The band will also release a live album, Live On Ten Legs, on January 18, which includes 18 tracks recorded from 2003 to 2010. Hey, Pearl Jam -- remember how much fun you had at the Sprint Center this year? Kansas City, cross your collective fingers. Lawrence has already been blessed by Scion Garage Fest this year; maybe it's our turn next. Hey, we can hope, right?

Hi i´m from Europe.
Did any body now when it will happen and also where?
I would be surprised if it's anywhere besides Manchester TN.
atp in the midwest would be sweet. omaha or chicago my bets
Anonymous 4:32 and Spaniard, it says they are 'curating' which implies that they are putting together a festival, not playing in an existing one.
I agree with anonymous (which is a cool death metal name btw). Vedder has some special connection to chicago, so my money is on something in chicago, probably lolla, but they just played that in the past few years. HEY, maybe they're headlining that annual abortion called rock fest, congrats afflection t shirt loving dudes and tatted up gnarly chicks!
