John Yuelkenbeck, responsible for one of the best bar jukeboxes in town at Dave's Stagecoach, is retiring from his faithful post behind the Westport dive's beaten counter. The part-time bartender has been working at Dave's for more than 13 years, and he's the master behind Jukebox Roulette, too. Here's what the bar's Facebook page says:
Itsa sad day at Dave's Stagecoach Inn... John Yuelkenbeck is retiring! He
has decided to devote all his time and efforts to his business, so we
must bid him farewell :( Come join us for "John Yuelkenbeck
Appreciation Day" on Saturday, January 8, 1 pm - ??. Pot Luck and
Guiness Beer drink specials!
