Glitter and boobs will abound in Kansas City on August 17 -- outside of Bazooka's, for once. Since Ke$ha obviously isn't a big enough dose of slutwave for our city in 2011, Katy Perry will bring her roster of radio earworms to the Sprint Center late this summer.
Tickets start at $35 and $46 -- after all, Perry is no Britney -- and they go on sale February 19. (That's the day before Ke$ha takes the Uptown, kids.) Looks like you can show your cupcake-bra to the starlet in person, too, according to the Sprint Center's press release:
Katy is planning on interacting with fans through social media networks throughout the California Dreams tour. Using Facebook Places/Deals, fans will be able to check in to the venues each night to receive special treats. Fans will also be able to submit their own photos of the show via Twitter which will be incorporated into the live show and also live on katyperry.com. In addition, Katy has also partnered with I Love All Access to provide a variety of VIP ticket packages, including premium seats, meet and greets, photo ops, pre-show parties and more.
