1994 was alive and well last night at RecordBar when seminal indie-rock band Sebadoh took to the stage and rocked out their album Bakesale in its entirety. Between long pauses of banter with the crowded audience, Sebadoh played their vintage songs as if they were fresh gems of rock, belting out the vocal lines and pounding out drum beats.

Portland rock band Quasi opened with their ex-husband and -wife vocal harmonies and dancing bass riffs. And who doesn't like a solid female drummer who sings?
