If I had 10 dollars that wasn't already stuffed away in my beer fund for this weekend, I would literally bet you, reader, that Radiohead moved up the release date of The King of Limbs because it was a full moon.

The album was supposed to be released tomorrow, but the band released

this statement on its website: "It's Friday ... It's almost the

weekend ... It's a full moon ... You can

download 'The King of Limbs' now if you so wish! Thank you, good people,

for waiting ... Have a great weekend wherever you are."

Fitting, eh?

If you didn't pre-order it, in which case you've already got a treat waiting in your inbox, order it online here.

Halfway through, it sounds a lot like Black Swan (the Thom Yorke solo album, not the ballet melodrama).
