The resplendent Eddie Spaghetti of the Supersuckers will be at Knuckleheads for a solo show ("Metal" Marty Chandler will be backing him up on guitar) on April 14.
In a case of completely bad timing, the self-proclaimed "Greatest
Rock 'n' Roll Band in the World" played the last date of their European
tour with Thin Lizzy
this past Saturday. On February 7, Thin Lizzy guitarist Gary Moore was
found dead in his hotel room in Spain. Needless to say, the tour still
went on. (The Belfast Telegraph posted a review of the band's tribute show this past Thursday night here.)
Here is a link to an MP3 download of Eddie Spaghetti's first single from his third solo album, Sundowner, "Never Thought I Would."
Tickets to the Knuckleheads show are $18. Spaghetti and Chandler will be supporting Austin Americana band, Reckless Kelly.
