Hot Louisiana jazz, and even hotter costumes.
It's a fact: Kansas City loves to play dress-up. In a flash of glitz, glamor and old-school N'Awlins pageantry, the Top of the Bottoms at Crosstown Station on Saturday night boasted some of the most captivating costumes that this town has seen in a long time.
Snuff jazz is perfectly at home in elaborate dress.
Hearts of Darkness brings a sultry groove to the night.
Little Queenie adds a dash of authentic New Orleans flavor.
