Everything you always wanted to know about tonight's Motley Crue show but were afraid to ask

Motley Crue is at the Sprint Center tonight, with Poison and the New York Dolls, and apparently -- SPOILER ALERT --  Tommy Lee has rigged up some sort of rotating drum roller coaster that spins around in the air? If you think I am going to say something snarky about this, you are DEAD WRONG

If the general spectacle of insanity, dysfunction and monster-rock hooks is not enough titillation for you, there are a few other Crue-related events happening in conjunction with the show that you may be interested in.

After the show, Tommy Lee will be DJing in the Power & Light District at Mosaic (1331 Walnut). That should start around 11 p.m.; expect "stutter edits, distortion units and drum machines over stanky electro-house beats remixed live on the fly," says calendar editor Berry Anderson

Also, if you see a big-ass bus that says "Sixx Sense" on it, and you have your buddy take a picture of you standing in front of it, and then you send it to nikki@likezebra.com, you'll be entered to win an all-expenses-paid trip to Los Angeles, $500, and the chance to sit in on a recording session with Nikki Sixx. Slightly more information here
