emi-strapping young lads in Blitzen Trapper will play the Riot Room on Friday, July 22. The Portland, Oregon, group is touring in support of its new album, American Goldwing (out on Sub Pop, September 13). That is but one of many show announcements we have for you.
Did you guys hear that Bon Iver is coming to the Uptown on Friday, September 9? I did, too, but everyone freaked out about that announcement, so I thought I'd mention it again. Tickets are on sale today.
Another show of note: Chris Taylor, Grizzly Bear bassist and producer, is headed out on a solo tour this fall (via Paste). He'll stop by the Bottleneck on October 14.
