St. Vincent, Fruit Bats, Gillian Welch, and handfuls of other incoming artists

St. Vincent (aka Annie Clark) recently announced that she would release her upcoming album, Strange Mercy, on September 13. Last week, Clark unveiled Mercy's cover (pictured above) and announced plans of a tour, which includes a stop at Lawrence's Liberty Hall, on October 7.
