Welcome to What I Like, our weekly chat with local musicians about their favorite things.

This week: Danielle Schnebelen of blues act Trampled Under Foot on James Patterson, Harry Potter and Jameson.

Favorite local band: She's a Keeper
Favorite nonlocal band: It changes all the time, but I'm on a real big Bonnie Raitt kick right now.
All-time fave songs: "Yes It Is" by the Beatles, "Something's Got a Hold on Me" by Etta James, "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" by Stevie Wonder, to name a few.
Best recent film I've seen: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part Two, but I liked the latest Chronicles of Narnia a lot, too.
Best recent book I've read: It's cheesy, but Postcard Killers by James Patterson. He's an easy read when I'm on the road.
Favorite TV show: I'm a sucker for General Hospital.
Favorite podcast: I don't spend time on those very often.
Favorite venue: To play? The Trouser Mouse or B.B.'s Lawnside BBQ.
Favorite place to eat in Kansas City: Garozzo's
Favorite neighborhood in Kansas City: Mine
Favorite bar in Kansas City: I've been to so many awesome bars here, I can't decide. I love them all!
Favorite drink: Jameson -- straight up.
Favorite article of clothing: Do shoes count? If yes, shoes! If not, definitely the dress.
