For Your Ears Only 2011 audio sale this weekend in Lawrence

Fellow nerds: Audio Reader's annual "For Your Ears Only" sale is happening this weekend in Lawrence. For sale: tons of vinyl, CDs, and vintage and modern audio equipment. Most of the records go for a dollar. This is a good event.

If you attend Friday night, when it runs from 6 to 9 p.m., you'll have to pay $10, but you'll also get free food, prizes and first dibs on everything. On Saturday, when it's free to enter, the sale runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Building 21 at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, 2120 Harper, in Lawrence is where the action's at. See you there.
