Foo Fighters counter-protest the Westboro Baptist Church outside Sprint Center

Posted by David Hudnall on Sat, Sep 17, 2011 at 5:25 PM

The fame-seeking trolls of the Westboro Baptist Church picketed the Foo Fighters' show at Sprint Center last night. Ordinarily this would not be news. But! Foo Fighters staged a kind of protest of their own, pulling up to the God-Hates-Fags crowd in front of the venue and performing a country song while dressed in trucker garb. "I don't care if you're black or white or purple or green, Pennsylvanian or Transylvannian, Lady Gaga or Lady Antebellum," Dave Grohl sang in a hokey country twang. "Men lovin' women and women lovin' men and men lovin' men and women lovin' women."

You know,, I don't respect the WBC bunch for how they protest and in the way they say things,, but sodomy is a very filthy, disease-ridden way to die. Licking the genitalia of many different men and ingesting all that fecal matter is disgusting AND deadly for your immune system. If I were to go out in the backyard with a spoon and eat dog waste, people would think I was nuts, but when a homo does it, sick people say that they just "love" each other...Rom. 1:18-32,,, but the Good News!!-2 Pet.3:9

What are Fred Phelps and the WBC afraid of anyhow? Rainbows? Unicorns? A flaming pink queer apocalypse? I attempted to address this with a portrait of the good reverend on my artist’s blog at http://dregstudiosart.blogspot.com/2011/03… Drop in and let me know what you think!
