The Chieftains, known for making traditional Irish music hipper 'round the world, will perform at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts (Helzberg Hall) on March 7.
The funkified rock band Galactic is at Liberty Hall on March 15. It's all-ages, and doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets cost $19, $21. Support from Orgone. The band's new album, Carnivale Electricos, is due out February 21 (via Paste).
