“We have not yet finalized the performing artist, but it will be held again at the private Armacost Car Museum,” says Niel Henriksen of the Kansas City Blues Society. “I was on the Kansas City Blues Society board of directors for three years. MHAH had some blues lovers as well and some employees that were blues fans, and we thought that this would be a great match.”
To rally early support, Fat Fish Blue is hosting the Beyond the Blues Kickoff Party. The evening’s headliner: Australian-born blues artist Michael Charles. The show starts at 8 p.m. and ends at 12 a.m., and costs $5.
