Bloc Party, Menomena, and a few other incoming artists

Bloc Party, Menomena, and Pajanimals are all coming to KC area stages.

Geez, Liberty Hall is on point lately. In addition to recently announcing dates for Morrissey and Jeff Mangum, the Lawrence venue is also bringing spirited U.K. rock band Bloc Party to town Sunday, January 20. The tour is in support of the band's newest album, Four.

Here are a few other bands' recently announced shows:

Beaumont
The Used, We Came as Romans, Crown the Empire, Mindflow (charity tour benefiting It Gets Better Project): Wednesday, January 16, 6:30 p.m., all ages.

RecordBar
Menomena: Thursday, February 28, 9 p.m., $13, 18 and older.

The Midland
Pajanimals: Sunday, May 5, 4:30 p.m.
